Support us in our 12-hour singathon!

2024 marks a significant milestone in Crouch End Festival Chorus' history as we celebrate our 40th birthday with a series of '40' themed events.

The first of these takes place on Saturday 13 January 2024 when we will be singing 40 pieces in 12 hours to raise money to record Elgar's monumental work The Kingdom as part of our 40th birthday celebrations.

The choir will be singing all day between 9am and 9pm at the Muswell Hill Baptist Church, 2 Dukes Ave, London N10 2PT. You're very welcome to come and listen during the day but for a minimum donation of £10 you can join in yourselves, singing 10 choruses from Mendelssohn's Elijah between 3pm and 5.40pm. We'll provide the musical score so you just need to pay and turn up.

We also need your help to sponsor the choir or individual members to complete this marathon sing. We'd like everyone who knows us or who loves our music making to make a donation. It's very easy and we will be very grateful for your support.

Our Music Director David Temple MBE will be completing the challenge himself by conducting the choir for the whole 12 hours.
