Mariana Rosas is from Argentina where she obtained a BA in Choir Conducting and a Diploma in Contemporary Music Ensemble conducting. She studied a Masters in Choral Conducting at the University of Birmingham with Simon Halsey, Simon Carrington, and Julian Wilkins.
Mariana is Music Director of Colla Voce Chamber Choir and of Birmingham City Council Choir. She is Choir Director and teaches singing at City of London School for Girls. She has recently given lectures at the University of Arts of Argentina and at The International Symposium fir Women Conductors.
Matthew Quinn is from Belfast, and studied Choral and Orchestral conducting at the University of Manchester and the Royal College of Music with Robert Guy and Mark Heron respectively.
Matthew works aa Assistant Producer, Classical Music at BBC NI Music, producing choral and orchestral work for broadcast. He is conductor of Staffordshire Chamber Orchestra, the Music Director of Lux Chamber Choir, Assistant Conductor of Queen's University Belfast Chamber Choir and sings as a tenor lay-clerk in Belfast Cathedral Choir. Matthew is the Composer/Musical Director of a new Musical Theatre piece, ‘Erainne,’ set in Ireland in the early 20th Century.
